BUSINESS HOURS M-F 9-4PM -MST

Hey there little ladybug - please allow me the grace of 24 business hours to respond to any email, voicemail or text. While I love you dearly, please understand that I will not be responding to business matters outside of business hours in order to keep all things in balance.

ARRIVAL:

When you schedule a private session or reserve a spot in an event or a class, please know that so much goes into preparing sacred space for you and bringing so much love and intention into these offerings, whether it is massage, yoga, or an aromatherapy consultation/class. In order to honor the work we are embarking on together, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for any in person appointments so that you have time to land here before beginning our session together (i.e. use the restroom or have a sip pf water/tea). This will also give us time to connect and do an intake together without cutting into your precious session/class. Please silence your phone or any electronic devices before entering the studio. If possible, leave any electronic devices in the car. Please remove your shoes before entering. *Virtual students/clients will receive an email guiding them on how to prepare for their particular session and set sacred and intentional space space 15 minutes prior to our meeting. These preparations ensure that you will be comfortable, grounded and prepared to receive the class/session to its fullest.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOWS 1:1 SESSIONS:

If the occasion arises that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me at least 24 business hours in advance. If your appointment lands on Monday, canceling on Friday is the order of operations. I will not be checking my emails or responding to business calls on weekends in order to keep all things in balance with my work and my personal life. If you cancel in less than 24 business hours, there will be a $25 cancellation fee to cover the time that is lost. Emergency situations will be handled on a case by case basis. If you cancel 2 times in a row with less than 24 business hours notice, there will be a $25 cancellation fee for each cancelled appointment and your next appointment will be postponed to the following month. No shows will be expected to pay for the entirety of the time that was reserved and the session that was booked. When it comes to cancellations or rescheduling, please be as timely and considerate as possible so I can reach out to others who might be in need of a session and would love to fill your spot. When you book with me you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOWS FOR PUBLIC EVENTS/CLASSES:

ALL public events/classes/trainings offered at YĀM Healing Arts are transferable only. Email confirmations and reminders will be provided to help you plan accordingly, so please add me to your contacts to ensure you receive all the necessary details about your event/class/training. YĀM Healing Arts has a no refunds policy. Emergency situations will be handled on a case by case basis. If I need to cancel a class or an event due to my own emergency or extenuating circumstance, you will receive a full refund. No shows to public events will forfeit their ticket. Please let me know if you would like to transfer your registration to another event 24 business hours prior to the event date and we can work out the details. When you register for any publicly offered event/class/training, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

OTHER NOTES:

Please arrive to all classes or appointments on time so that we can end on time and honor the sacred healing space we are creating together. It is best if you give yourself about an hour before any healing practice/session without food (best not to eat a hamburger right before a yoga class-you will be happy you gave yourself digestive time to receive the practices to their fullest potential!)
