Description: This wild-harvested Highland Mountain Savory grows at high altitudes and is hand gathered from Mt. de Cheiron in France (home of our unique Wild Highland Lavenders that are distilled at various altitudes). This variety of Mountain Savory is a bit more potent in it’s actions - use with awareness and intention, as always. The aroma of Mountain Savory is peppery, and herbaceous with a soft sweetness underlying. It has a similar aromatic profile to that of Oregano and shares the same strong acting anti-viral properties. Savory Mountain essential oil is anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, anti-infectious, anti-fungal, anti-septic, anti-rheumatic, immuno-stimulant, digestive aid and general body tonic.
